He was an owner surrender due to the owner loosing their home. He was a stray taken in by the former owner that came hopping out of the woods at them. He was very dehydrated and needed medical care. Some of his hair is missing because of this ordeal but is slowly growing back with good nutrition and the proper care. Jack so needs someone who will care for him the rest of his life.
