As a Program Director with RehabCare, you will:

Minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or
university
* Clinical background as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Registered Nurse or Social Worker
* Successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting financial goals & objectives
* Healthcare background required
* Clinical background and/or acute rehab experience preferred

Day To Day Responsibilities :

• Supervise a team of nursing, therapy, and healthcare professionals
• Direct program development, quality improvement, and community
education/marketing activities
• Be responsible for financial management, census development,
unit operations, and client & physician relations
