Our client provides rehabilitation services in more than 1,200 locations throughout the United States. Managing services within inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing, and home health settings.

We are seeking a highly talented Clinical Program Director possessing a clinical background and/or acute rehab experience is preferred. To be considered for the role of Program Director, you must possess a strong background in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Registered Nursing, Speech Language Pathology or Clinical Social Work.

This opportunity offers tremnedoud upside with a compensation package commenstruate to your experience. Generally speaking we are prepared to negotiate for an $80K - $100K base salary. We are willing to relocate the candidate for this role. The relocation package is dependent upon the distance.

The Program Director will assume the responsibility for overseeing day to day operations of a (14) bed Inpatient/ Outpatient/ Acute Care Physical Rehabilitation Program. Supervise a team of nursing, therapy, and healthcare professionals

Responsible for direct program development, quality improvement, and community education/marketing activities. Be responsible for financial managment, census development, unit operations, and client & physician relations.
Minimum requirements:

Bachelors Degree in PT, OT, Nursing, Social Work and Speech Language Pathology (Masters preferred) and experience with 3-5 years progressively responsible experience in a management role, prefer to see rehab facility management on your CV.
Current Ohio or other compact state license and certified through an American Board for your respective heath care industry.
Preferred candidate has held an Program Director position previously with strong financial managment, census development and unit operations background.
