Now offering a 5-week course on Basic Horsemanship, lessons will be twice a week, last approximately 1 hour and consist of:

Week 1: How to safely approach, halter and lead the horse or pony.
Week 2: Proper Grooming including cleaning the hooves.
Week 3: Saddling, Bridling and mounting.
Week 4: Basic First Aid for horses.
Week 5: Mucking stalls and proper feeding (may get switched depending upon time class starts)

I have 30+ years of experience as an equestrian, including 8 years as a equine veterinarian technician. We will be working with a 17 year-old Shetland Pony named Mollie and a 17 year-old AQHA mare named Dusti.

This short, informative program is only $50! That 's only $5 per lesson.
