Tabby - Medium - Young - Male - Cat - Sparky
Description
VERY special cat. Sparky was a normal healthy kitten until he was about 10 weeks old. Then he strated limping - witin a week he was almost totally paralysed - could lift his head and little else. He also went blind very briefly. For two or three weeks he had to be held over the food bowl to eat/drink, and over the litter box for toileting needs. He slept in bed with his foster mom to give him human contact and get him through his ordeal. Slowly, VERY slowly, he regained his abilities until he could walk/run, just with a wobble. He also does not seem very smart (but that night just be the neutering!). The only other residual issue is that he does not always make it to the litter box to poop. This is worse when he is busy playing - in a confined area it is lss of a problem. It's like he is still a toddler (human toddler) in the process of potty training. Sparky is great with other cats, very loving and friendly - just a really good cat. He just needs a special home where his problem can be handled. Sparky is just under a year old.
